These terms govern merchant use of PaidChaser, a Shopify app for receivables visibility, reminder workflows, statements, exports, and activity history.
Use Of The App
Merchants are responsible for using PaidChaser lawfully, reviewing reminder content before sending when appropriate, and ensuring customer communications comply with applicable payment, privacy, and email rules.
Billing
PaidChaser billing is handled through Shopify-managed app subscriptions. Plan access, upgrades, downgrades, trials, renewals, and cancellations are managed through Shopify billing.
Availability
PaidChaser is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. The app depends on Shopify APIs, hosting services, databases, and email delivery providers.
Limitation
PaidChaser helps organize collection workflows, but it does not guarantee payment collection, legal compliance, or accounting outcomes.
