PaidChaser helps Shopify merchants review unpaid orders, manage payment reminders, prepare statements, and export receivables data.
Data We Process
When a merchant installs PaidChaser, the app may process store name, customer contact details, order references, payment status, outstanding balances, due dates, reminder activity, statement activity, app settings, billing status, and export activity.
How Data Is Used
Data is used only to provide the app experience: receivables visibility, reminder workflows, statement preparation, audit history, exports, support, security, and billing-related access control.
Sharing
PaidChaser does not sell merchant or customer data. Data may be shared with infrastructure, database, hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, and support providers only as needed to operate the service.
Retention
Merchant app data is retained while the app is installed and for a reasonable period afterward for security, accounting, and support unless deletion is requested or required by law.
